Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of marketing automation platforms and a proven track record of implementing successful campaigns. This role will be pivotal in executing our go-to-market (GTM) plan, optimizing customer journeys, and driving lead generation and conversion.
Rate in USD: $7.5 - $8.0 (Per Hour)
Salary in PHP: 375 - 400 (Per Hour)

Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Automation Strategies:
- Design, build, and execute automated marketing campaigns using platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align automation strategies with our GTM plan, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
- Campaign Management:
- Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and lead nurturing workflows.
- Segment audiences and personalize communications to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Generate detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Customer Journey Optimization:
- Map out and optimize the customer journey from lead generation to retention, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance the effectiveness of marketing automation efforts.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with sales, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
- Provide training and support to team members on marketing automation best practices and platform usage.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as HubSpot Marketing Software, Marketo Certified Expert, Salesforce Pardot Specialist, and Google Analytics Individual Qualification are required or preferred.
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing automation, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing marketing automation campaigns.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and integration with marketing automation tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
