Job Role
As the Marketing Associate, you will be managing our specialists for channels that contribute to Sales and Marketing. You will be tasked to ensure that the overall and channel-specific goals are being met in a timely, efficient, and effective manner. You will be working with an excellent team of strategists to ensure that you and the specialists are put in a position to succeed.

Key Responsibilities- Work with the top management team to set specific, measurable goals for each specialist, reviewing their performance, offering feedback, and ensuring strategies are on target and timelines are met.
Ensure a seamless and integrated approach across all marketing channels, maintaining brand consistency and message alignment.
- Hold regular one-on-one progress review sessions with each specialist to oversee campaign development, troubleshoot issues, and keep strategies on schedule.
Prepare and deliver detailed reports on marketing channel performances, offering insights to senior management for strategic planning and adjustments.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager with expertise in managing individual channel specialists.
Ability to measure and analyze channel performance, and translate data into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional leadership skills
Proficiency in project management and multitasking within tight deadlines.- Strong adherence to Sodarizer's core values and the ability to instill these in day-to-day operations.
