Job Description
- Handling, updating, and assisting day-to-day loan consultant concerns and queries
Assisting Marketing assistants and BM's on pre-screening documents and requirements submitted by the loan consultant- Boost the sales engagement of the assigned loan consultant per branch in delivering new or renewal accounts.
Assist in Recruitment and Onboarding of new Loans Consultant
- Escalate concerns, complaints, and other issues being encountered to the immediate supervisor for quick action and implement approved solutions on a case-by-case basis.
Assist or execute programs implemented by the Trade Marketing Department.
Key Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience or a graduate of any 4-year business-related course with relevant experience in Banking and Finance.
Process Oriented and Technology-Inclined, organized and can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Can communicate confidentially - both written and verbal, able liase in all department and stakeholders.
