Responsibilities
- Ensure effective communication of the company's brand, promotions, and initiatives across all business units and target markets.
- Develop, implement, and monitor marketing platforms, programs, campaigns, activities, and initiatives.
- Conceptualize, create, develop, implement, and monitor social media and website content.
- Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of ads, keywords, and digital campaigns.
- Recommend strategies to optimize digital opportunities.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College degree in any field
- At least 1 year of work experience in the field of Marketing/Creatives/Branding
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail
- Background in using Adobe Creative Suite and social media management is an advantage
- Willingness to occasionally attend events outside of working hours or on rest days if needed
Work Conditions
Type: Full-time and On-site only
Location: Quezon City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-5pm; Saturdays, 8-3pm
