Responsible for building our CRM system from the ground up, ensuring seamless integration with your existing systems and processes. He/She will leverage on his/her expertise in data analytics to drive customer engagement, retention and satisfaction by providing actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making. He/She will possess strong technical abilities, a deep understanding of CRM best practices, and a passion for using data-driven insights to enhance customer experiences and drive business success.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven customer insights and CRM strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Analyze customer data, including voice of the customer feedback, to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct in-depth research to stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to customer insights and CRM.
- Assist in the design and execution of targeted marketing campaigns that leverage customer insights to improve segmentation, targeting, and messaging.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction, using this data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Support the implementation and ongoing management of CRM systems and tools to ensure optimal functionally and data accuracy.
- Contribute to the development of a customer-centric culture within the organization, championing the importance of customer insights and CRM in driving business success.
- Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer insights, CRM, or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of voice of the customer methodologies and best practices.
Strong research skills and ability to stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with CRM systems, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
