As a
Marketing Associate Manager, you will be responsible in handling the following:
Launch and implement Ayala Malls initiated events and promos including local and international shows, mall-wide sales, family events in the quality standard of the Commercial Business Group
Help achieve mall venue rent income target and marketing recoveries including sponsorship and other opportunities
Handle communication and PR efforts to increase awareness of Ayala initiated and mall-initiated events and promos
Assist merchants in the conceptualization of specific marketing programs to promote their brand and branch in the mall
The candidate for this position must have/be:
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in BS Marketing, BS Business Administration or any equivalent course
At least 3-5 years of working experience in Marketing Services, Advertising, Events, Branding/Marketing Communications in retail or property management industries
Ability to cope, manage and handle multiple, and simultaneous (volume) marketing projects and campaigns
Ability to develop strategic and innovative marketing solutions
Average proficiency level in communication, organization, critical thinking abilities, presentation skills, and project management skills
Average proficiency level in the use of MS Office applications specifically MS Word, Powerpoint, MS Excel, and MS Visio as well as other specialized software like SAP
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, fast-learner, proficient in English, experience in organizing events, good communication skills, multi-tasker
Graphic design and digital media editing skills preferable
Willing to work on weekends and holidays
