Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will support the marketing department with various administrative tasks, inventory management, and assist in executing junior-level marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for marketing.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
  • Assist the marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and maintain marketing documents, reports, and presentations.
Inventory Management:
  • Manage marketing materials inventory, including promotional items, brochures, and other collateral.
Track inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
  • Organize and maintain the marketing storage area.
Marketing Activities:
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including print and promotional activities.
Assist in the creation of marketing collaterals
Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of company events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Research and compare event venues, suppliers, and vendors.
Collect invoices and manage supplier relationships.
  • Prepare event materials and promotional items.
Provide on-site support during events as needed.
  • Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and efficient marketing efforts.
  • Communicate with external vendors and partners as required.
  • Requirements:
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role preferred.
Fresh graduates are welcome to also apply.
  • Internship experience in marketing is a plus.
Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attributes:
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Creative thinker with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Must be willing to work full-time in-office in Ortigas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,
  • 00 - Php20,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
