Marketing Associate (Lead Generation)

Job description

The Marketing Associate (Lead Generation) collects and evaluates potential sales opportunities. He/she is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating qualified sales leads. This individual will contact prospects who have responded to campaigns, marketing events, websites, referrals, and phone inquiries and have shown a high level of interest in the company's products/services. This position will also be responsible for data entry and the safe collection of all lead and customer data.

• Responsibilities

Generate and qualify prospective leads created from marketing efforts via cold calls, social media, email, or any other channels available

• Create new lead records for the Sales team, manage lead assignments, and track follow-through to ensure new leads are contacted

Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communication and conducting follow-ups in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel

• Update the tracker report with the complete customer's information and the source of the lead received

Set appointments with qualified prospects to visit sales team with the goal of converting a lead into a sale

• Assist Marketing Manager in developing campaigns and various marketing materials

Handle administrative functions including customer service, user account maintenance, reports and dashboards

• Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests

• QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent experience

• One year of experience in lead generation/marketing/sales sales is preferred

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Excellent English oral and written communication skills

Tech-savvy and strong research and analytical skills

• Proactive, highly organized, able to multitask and with strong time-management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:

• 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Paraaque City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
