JOB DESCRIPTION:The Marketing Associate collaborates and directly works with the Marketing Manager in designing and implementing effective marketing strategies to build the brand and ensure positive customer engagement and conversion. Overall, the Associate is expected to help establish the brand in the market and maintain its position through different tactics across various channels both offline and online.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer preferences & behavior, competitor insights and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate in campaign ideation and execution that will help for brand visibility, product discoverability, and customer conversion
- Participate in organizing promotional activities such as product/service launches, new store opening, sales promotions, and mall events
- Manage social media through effective social listening and engagement
- Create relevant content aligned with the brand for each marketing channel 6. Liaise between the company and suppliers such as printers, mall administration and commissioned freelancers
- Create plans for assigned projects and campaigns
- Measure KPIs and report to the Manager for the performance of assigned campaigns and provide status updates for handled projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or any similar courses (Fresh graduates are welcome.)
Updated on online and offline marketing trends for lifestyle brands
Social media savvy and has basic know-how on the features on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
Interest in fashion and beauty is a plus, but not required
Strong copywriting skills with flexibility to adapt with various platforms
Articulate verbal communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and execute plans
Experience in online tools such as Google Suite, Meta Creator Studio (formerly Facebook Creator Studio), Canva and photo-editing tools
Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Basic knowledge and skills in design, photoshop and photography (preferred but not required)
Strong organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize efficiently
Solid attention to detail and ability to handle projects simultaneously
Willing to work in Katipunan, Quezon City area

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
