Job Purpose: Demonstrate the expertise to develop and execute effective omni-channel marketing strategies that drive awareness and meet key objectives.
- Duties and responsibilities
_Marketing Strategy Development_
- Develop, plan, and execute marketing campaigns that align with business goals in
coordination with the Marketing Officer.
_Social Media Management & Digital Marketing_
- Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email,
blogs, and websites.
- Oversee and update the Shopify account, including product listings and promotions.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
- Manage the Foodpanda and Grabfood portals.
_Data Analysis_
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google
Analytics, social media insights, and other relevant platforms.
_Event Planning and Coordination_
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for events, including product launches,
promotional events, and partnerships.
- Design and produce event materials such as banners, invitations, and promotional items.
_Innovation and Creativity_
- Contribute innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives, collaborating with
the Marketing Officer.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep marketing efforts
cutting-edge.
_Customer Engagement_
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve the customer experience.
- Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools
Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
