JOB DESCRIPTION:- Provide Excellent Customer Service to both Borrowers and Loan Consultants from receiving and even after the release of loan.
Receiving of client's application form and requirements.- Screening (Pre-qualifications, Validity of documents, hold/negative areas)
Run proper Master list and FFCC.
- Encode and update details of client to our Loan System and Transmittal.
Orient the client regarding our Loan Products and Loan Process.- Process and monitor applications until release of loan.
Follow up clients to submit their pending requirements.
- Update clients about their loan application's status with us.
Confirmation of loan details to the borrower.
Graduate of any related business course- Preferably with sales experience but fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
Computer literate
- With good communication skills both written and oral
Flexible in adapting to fast changing environment. Customer service oriented
