JOB SUMMARY:Oversees any aspect of marketing that has to do with a company's brand and ensures that all branding decisions ultimately result in stronger sales. Conducts market research, analyze data for trends, insights, and information, communicates with marketing/product planning team to ensure brand alignment.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Observes industry market condition such as growth, market share, market trend as well as threats and opportunities.
- Updates information of per model changes not limited to color, graphics, specification/features, technology, and comparison from competitor's product.
Identifies category market share per area, Yamaha network size, and Dealer network size to maximize the sales opportunity.- Verifies by product demand and stock availability to come up with an efficient distribution recommendation to Sales and suggested forecast to Sales Planning.
Develops and implements Trade Marketing strategy of the category at the local area level focusing on the needs of the local/dealer to enhance marketability of all products to the trade customers.
- Develops concepts and execute national product promotions with the marketing team and branch related promotions.
Plans, create, and execute new marketing ideas based on the needs of branches, dealers, and TD category head.
With Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Multimedia Arts equivalent with psychology or customer insight elective course.- Must be knowledgeable in sales and marketing principles (product, price, place, promotion, people, positioning), brand and event management.
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and strong organizational skills.
