Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning
- Assist the Marketing Manager in implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve the company's objectives.
Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, consumer behavior, opportunities, and competitor activities.- Assist with organizing promotional events.
Campaign Management- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, traditional advertising, and events.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns.
Analytics and Reporting
- Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates.
Prepare regular sales forecasting reports.- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind, data-driven, and strong ability to interpret metrics.
Collaborative Tasks- Coordinate with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create advertising material.
Explore, utilize, and implement different software programs that can strengthen data-based information about the brands/company, such as:

-- Brand Asset Management (BAM) Software
Market Targeting
- Identify target customer segments and tailor marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage those audiences.
Regulatory Compliance
- Stay informed about relevant marketing regulations and ensure that all marketing activities comply with legal requirements.
Network Development
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships and promote the brand.
Attend seminars and trainings related to the job.
Others- Perform any other job-related duties as required or that may arise in the future.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- At least 2 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, project management tools, etc).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Familiarity with market research techniques and campaign management.
