The Marketing team integrates the Community approach to human resource management into all communications, promotions, and events at Birches Group. They guide Community messaging for all teams on various products and services, offering specialized technical resources for messaging, graphics, and marketing collateral across client groups and platforms.
The Marketing Associate plays a key role in reinforcing the Birches Group brand by linking all marketing content to incorporate the different Community products and solutions. They also provide support in organizing engaging events, both in-person and virtual, to promote consistent client engagement and conversion. This ensures consistency and conformity while showcasing Community as the integrated solution for all client sectors.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create designs, reference materials, and other assets to maintain the uniformity of brand identity and key messaging across various products and services offered by Birches Group to meet diverse client needs, ensuring alignment between copy, technical concepts, and overarching objectives.
Oversee the delivery of marketing products and initiatives, as well as scheduled and upcoming events, to ensure Birches Group's reach, customizing processes and requirements to cater to varied audiences, channels, and formats.
Collaborate with BG teams to identify themes, topics, and event formats aligned with country and regional market trends. Create marketing collateral based on trends, recommend event requirements, and provide guidance to highlight Birches Group's expertise and resources, enhancing event execution best practices.
Identify opportunities with HR news platforms and other media channels where BG can push content on HR solutions, events, and insights and advise teams across BG on event objectives, processes, and resources. Collaborate with external vendors for seamless and engaging in-person event execution.
Anticipate product, service, and event needs to support collateral creation/adaptation, craft/adapt marketing copy, and coordinate logistics/resources for timely event delivery.
Evaluate marketing content and BG events based on analytics and audience engagement to strengthen brand awareness, reach, and conversion.
Targeted Specialized Knowledge:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, and related fields
Prior experience in delivering marketing content and organizing virtual and in-person corporate events, as well as managing relations with vendors regarding event materials, venue, and logistics
Knowledge of different Adobe programs, WordPress, Google Analytics 4, and SEO optimization.
Fluency in English is necessary for oral and written communications.
