Marketing Associate

The Marketing Associate is responsible for assisting in the company's marketing initiatives through market research and analysis, and direct marketing strategy and planning in accordance with company initiatives. He/she shall provide support in the development and management of marketing programs in specific channels, acquire, leads, foster customer engagement and retention, execute business development, provide sales support and advance brand building in order to support and meet business objectives.

• DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develops and implements integrated marketing communications strategy to help company strengthen credibility and build brand awareness.

Reports status and progress of marketing campaigns and other activities.

Assists the Business Alliance Team in reaching its annual revenue target through lead generating activities such as conducting cold calls and email blasts, organizing events and learning sessions, etc.

Manages and monitors all Marketing channels for campaigns and lead generation (Facebook, LinkedIn, Marketing Email, PHILGEPS)

Responds to inquiries on company products and services

Supports marketing campaigns and promotions via content creation and dissemination through social media channels and web-based marketing tools

Maximizes partnerships with associations and other organizations to increase target market awareness by attending networking events monitoring association activities

Spearheads market study/research to gather information regarding competitors.

Manages company CRM

Manages and monitors Marketing collaterals and Business Alliance materials

Organizes December corporate giveaways

Managers client accreditation documents

Ensures overall consistency in branding.

• BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
