DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing, including Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.Perform Configuration in Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and Salesforce.Marketing Technology
Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new market opportunities.Assist in analysing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future strategies.Undertaking competitor research and analyses.Maintain good quality marketing data in company's Salesforce CRM.Utilise client data to analyse and interpret client/vendor interactions and identify requirements to improve the client experience.Research, Analysis, Data and Trends
Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns.Communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to the leadership teamAssist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content creation, and events.Collaborate on the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital assets.Manage and update the company's website and social media profiles according to content schedules in collaboration with the Marketing, Sales andPlanning and Executing Marketing Programs and Campaigns
Assist with the planning of all marketing and advertising materials to support the Company's strategic growth plans.Submit ideas for marketing programmes designed to enhance and grow the company's brand.Monitoring active marketing programmes and developing ways to improve those campaigns.Liaise with external vendors, including Salesforce, to execute promotional events and campaigns.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Client Success teams
Create and update website content in line with the company's requirements and best practice Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)Monitor website traffic and SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, and provide regular reports.Assist in planning, creating, and managing online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media.Monitor and analyse the performance of advertising campaigns, adjusting strategies to improve ROI and reach campaign goals.Website, SEO, and Advertising
Produce and design a range of digital and offline assets and visually engaging content for use across print and digital marketing channels in line with our brand guidelines.Create marketing assets for the company's Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Qwilr (proposal tool), website and other marketing platforms.Create marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations.Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different media.Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines.Marketing Assets and Copywriting
Help ensure internal and outgoing collateral and marketing assets follow the brand guidelinesThe Company Brand

Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications or a related field is desired, or relevant marketing experience.QUALIFICATIONS
Passionate and a strong understanding of brand, communications and marketing principlesSolid computer skills, including MS Office and Google Workspace, marketing software (Pardot, Marketo etc., CRM (Salesforce etc.) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)Understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methodsWorking knowledge of HTML and CSS is desired.Organised, team-focused, detail-oriented, energetic, creativeExperienced in implementing latest technologies to generate, organise, manage and distribute marketing assets.Effective visual literacy abilities and strong writing skills.Collaborative style, with an ability to engage with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrates initiative and drives their own individual performance.Ability to efficiently build rapport and maintain positive working relationships.Ability to work autonomously and within a team.Have exceptional attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologiesSkills and Attributes
