Job Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration or equivalent
1 - 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Must have background in trade marketing, social, digital marketing platforms
Must have experience in CRM platforms- Good communication and presentation skills, adept in reporting and analytics, highly collaborative in dealing with all levels both internal and external customers.
Responsible for coordinating all internal and external marketing and promotional efforts including trade marketing, merchandising, community relations, public relations, information, events, and demos.
Responsible for supporting the sales department by studying and developing growth strategies in increasing the company revenue on focused solutions based on historical data and periodic reports.
Responsible for developing marketing strategy and written action plans in order to achieve specific objectives. They measure, evaluate, and analyze the marketing programs as and when needed. Ensure that all customer questions and requests are followed up in a timely manner.
- Maintain strong partnership with existing customers/partners
- Study, evaluate and prepares monthly sales order-generated report. Submit report to BISD, SBSD Manager, and President & CEO.
- Interpret and recommends based on trending of monthly sales performance.
- Presents marketing activities to the President & CEO for updating and approval.
- Oversees and prepares/consolidates funnel management report of sales such as forecast, updates on sales system projects, etc.
- Organizes/coordinates marketing events, trainings.
- Responsible in the conduct of study on BISD/SBSD strategic/restructuring plan. Submit to BISD Vice President /SBSD Manager for presentation to CEO.
- Does regular updates, revises & modifies existing company website.
- Monitors and performs diagnostic maintenance of company intranet.
