Duties and Responsibilities:- Reviews loan application and completeness of the documents submitted by the client
Monitors the status of the loan applications and documents- Handles customer/clients inquiries through telephone, email, or walk-in
Graduate of any four-year course- Has good communication skills, administrative skills, and interpersonal skills
Must have excellent attention to detail
- Customer-service oriented, organized, persuasive, and proactive
Computer proficient- No work-related experience is required for this position
