Under the Sales Department, a Marketing Assistant plays a crucial role in implementing marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, and engaging with potential and future clients of the company.
Meet and represent RBCII and its products to potential clients.
- Create strategies to encourage potential clients to choose Royale products.
Deliver outstanding customer support, address inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.- Maintain accurate records of client inquiries, comments, and transactions.
Assist Marketing Officers by implementing marketing strategies and events.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
A college graduate of any program.
- Have a pleasing, friendly, and engaging personality.
Have experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not required).- Must be willing to travel and do fieldwork to meet with potential clients.
Demonstrate strong communication and listening skills.
- Must be detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Proficient in using computers, especially social media platforms.- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
