Duties and responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management

• Assist with CRM system and use of Contact Management System (Hubspot)
• Assist with Direct Mail/Email Marketing/Drip Marketing (Hubspot / Constant Contact)(not required)
• Website Management experience (nice to have)
• Public Relations experience(nice to have)
• Create marketing materials and messaging
• Create, edit and distribute videos (nice to have)
• Coordinate company marketing team with projects and mixers throughout the year
• Coordinate Company Marketing materials to ensure a consistent brand presentation

Software Skills required: Basic/Intermediate Understanding of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Hubspot CRM Preferred. Basic Understanding of Automated Tasks to help create, maintain, and increase customer loyalty.
