Job Summary
- The Marketing Assistant acts as a support to the Account Officer during client calls, preparation of documentation, and preparation of reports.
How will you contribute
- Joins the Account Officer in client calls
- Prepares financial spreads/projections, account profitability analysis from financial statement and other information submitted by the client.
- Prepares the necessary documents needed in the preparation of th credit and recommendation memorandum
- Requests from CRESSD t conduct the following: credit investigation on borrower and appraisal/inspection of collaterals
- Prepares credit and loan documentation
- Updates credit and loan files
- Assists the account officers in preparing the monthly reports such as the status report on loan portfolio, past due ccounts, accounts in pipeline, and others.
