RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and in-store promotions.
Manage the company's social media presence by creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Executive & creative team to prepare marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
Conduct market research to gather insights into customer preferences, competitors, and market trends.
Maintain and update the company website, ensuring product listings are accurate and up to date.
Help organize and manage promotional events, such as product launches, exhibitions, and in-store activities.
Track the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare detailed reports on key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, customer engagement).
Assist in product photography and visual merchandising for online platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in retail or home furnishings.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation, and community management.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Shopify, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
