Job Description

BRIEF & SUMMARY:
We are looking for a responsible Marketing Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to brand managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities. Part of the responsibility are arranging meetings, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. It would be better if you have previous experience as Secretary and Executive Administrative Assistant! Fresh Graduate of Marketing are also welcome as long as you have the eagerness to learn and to be trained. Photoshop Skills is a bonus!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Taytay, Rizal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
