The Marketing Assistant plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate records and facilitating outreach efforts within the educational setting. Responsibilities include:
- Organizing and preparing data for entry into computer systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Reviewing data to verify its accuracy before inputting it into the system.- Transcribing information from paper documents into digital formats for efficient storage and retrieval.
Ensuring the integrity of the data system by regularly auditing and correcting any discrepancies.
- Conducting outreach activities, such as cold calling from provided directories to promote educational programs and/or telemarketing.
Handling inbound inquiries from potential students, providing information about educational programs and services, and utilizing provided scripts to effectively communicate product features, pricing, and benefits to prospective customers.- Maintaining updated tracking reports to monitor outreach activities and assess their effectiveness.
Collaborating with the Admissions Office and assisting the Team Lead with any related duties as assigned.
