We are looking for 1 Marketing Assistant for the Center for Bayanihan Economics at Angat, Bulacan
Job Summary:
Lead and implement marketing plan to increase sales and customers interest in CBE products and services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In charge in marketing and selling of CBE products as well as partners and organic farmers products in relation to product consolidation.
- Continuously identify and secure institutional and direct buyers to increase CBE sales and income.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
- Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
- Coordinate with the Production head and provide an accurate list/forecast of demands for production/cropping reference
- Maintain and regularly update records of all institutional and individual clients as well as the product prices for each customer category.
- Record and consolidate sales by updating the sales tracker.
- Lead in organizing events and exhibitions for the promotion of products and capturing potential markets.
- Prepare sales and expenditure reports for all types of expenses involved in the marketing of products.
- Maintain the CBE FB pages by posting and promoting CBE products and services; and evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Track and record all marketing activities, implement metrics to evaluate their success, and amend marketing measures when necessary, upon consultation with the Program Coordinator.
- Performs other related tasks as requested by the Program Coordinator/ CBE Administrator.
