• Scope & Responsibilities:

Support the development of new group accounts and maintain existing ones.

• Assist in executing marketing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.

• Create marketing materials and presentations for group clients.

Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution of initiatives.

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.

Provide administrative support to the group marketing team.

• Required Qualifications:

At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Marketing.

• Experience in the life insurance business.

Ability to communicate and interact professionally.

• Ability to handle rejections with grace and to persevere to close an account.

• Preferred Qualification:

College graduate, preferably majoring in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, or other related fields.

• Completion of LOMA courses.
