INCA Philippines is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our Sales and Marketing team as a
Marketing Assistant. In this role, you will be supporting the team in achieving annual sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
INCA Philippinesis one of the oldest and most experienced rotomoulding companies in the world, a specialized plastic product manufacturer, and a pioneer in rotomoulding technology in Asia with existing operations in the Philippines, Thailand, and Malaysia.
- The main office is located in Muntinlupa City. Applicants should be willing to commute and travel or relocate to the project location.
- SALARY WILL BE COMMENSURATE TO EXPERIENCE
Assist the sales team in managing and responding to sales inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels.
- Assist and participate in marketing activities such as trade shows, exhibits, product launches, campaigns, and promotions.
Ensure timely follow-up on leads and customer requests.- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
Provide administrative support as needed.
- Maintain records of assigned accounts or clients, production orders, sales orders, agreements, and customer complaints.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction, preserve the company's reputation, and foster brand loyalty.- Attend to bidding activities of private or local government agencies.
Participate in various sales seminars or programs related to the line of work.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned occasionally.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a marketing or sales support role, preferably within the manufacturing industry, is a plus but not required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail)
Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, SEO).
- Organizational and time management abilities.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems is a plus
- Willingness to travel for sales visits, trade shows, and other marketing events.
