We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Assistant to accommodate the marketing strategies and to manage our brand to new heights.

• Position Overview

As the Marketing Assistant at I NAV PHILIPPINES CORP., you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing our marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives. Your primary objective will be to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and contribute to the company's growth and success.

• Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and execute marketing strategies

• Maintain, enhance and develop the company's brand image and identity

Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to adapt the brand strategy accordingly

• Content creation and management

Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to optimize results

• Oversee the company's digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media marketing

• Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• Experience in brand tracking tools and market research methodologies

Knowledge of marketing principles, practices, and emerging trends

• Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and technologies

Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills

• Familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus

Experience working in the automotive industry is a plus

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
