Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares quotations, placement slips and renewal notices to Clients.
Performs billing and collection administrative tasks.- Performs other duties assigned by their immediate superior from time to time.
Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain relationships with clients and partners, providing information and support as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of a bachelor's degree preferably Business related courses
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
