Coordinates with store operations and key departments on all local branch promotions to ensure proper execution of promo / activity mechanics. Assists & supports AVP Sales and Operations and internal Executives for Picture! Picture! in formulating, organizing, implement and overseeing all marketing activities, events for digital, traditional and/or national or local store marketing use and attend to them to facilitate its success.- Initiates correspondence with other companies/firm (including schools) for corporate accounts, tie-ups, special activities and/or special activities as may be engaged in by the company.
Conceptualizes and implements social media gimmicks to create online interactions and excitement and acts as admin/moderator for any/all social media platforms.
- Manages content, upload photos, videos and relative content for traffic conversion and evaluates campaign effectiveness.
Undertakes daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities like checking emails and social media inquiries.- Conducts initial market research, branch study and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires to establish foundations on upcoming activities, evens and promotions for branch or national promotions use.
Ensure timely delivery and receipt of collaterals and promotional materials to participating branches.
- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information.- Regularly monitors branch compliance of marketing activities / strategies to measure effectiveness of LSMs or national promotions.
Prepare and deliver monthly promotional presentations. Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company's presence in the market.
- Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships.
Delegates and checks quality of tasks to Picture! Picture! Graphic Artist.- Performs and/all tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
