Plan, strategies and execute marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market
Define product strategies and road maps
Research and determine product weaknesses and areas to be modified
Develop effective product positioning in the market
Conduct competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation, and consumer insight development
Prepare and review the publicity messages passed on by stores to ensure it promotes the image of a company or brand
Brief and train Restaurant Managers on marketing implementation, as needed
Launch and oversee advertising and media planning
Coordinate activities of specialists involved in the brand positioning of the products
Write and design marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc.) to augment the company's presence in the market
Attend meetings and events related to company marketing
Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
Identifies ways to improve overall marketing audit effectiveness and monitoring efforts.
Keep the top management promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action which may be taken.
Responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers of all social media platform of the company
Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content regularly (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic
Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Oversee social media accounts design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Research ideas and facts pertinent to the type of content/topic assigned
Create and publish engaging content
Create graphics, sound effects and animation for company use
Establishes good working relationship within the department and with other departments
Help identify ways to improve overall marketing efforts.
