MARKETING OFFICER - I. *PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and build Brand Equity.
- Develop plans for Advertising, Events, Sales Promotion, Public Relations, and Area Development.
- Review and recommend proposals from other companies.
- Liaison with Media and Advertising.
- Determine, request, and manage budget for Marketing Promos, Tie Ups, Events, and Campaigns.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of Marketing Plans and Projects.
- Coordination with the Art Department for display and visual requirements.
- Conducting Marketing Research to identify new market opportunities and study competitors marketing activities to employ efficient marketing techniques.
- II. *KEY ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP
Reports to : Sales & Marketing Manager, General Manager, Managing Director
Supervises : Marketing Assistants, Artists
Coordinates : With various departments for transactions concerning different marketing activities
- III. *QUALIFICATION GUIDES
Education : College Degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Public Relations
Experience : 2 3 years experience in Marketing or Brand management
Skills :Leadership, creative thinker, ability to communicate well in English language, planning and organizational skills
