Marketing Assistant

I. Position Summary

This position is responsible for creating engaging multimedia content across various marketing channels such as Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, collaborating with Graphic Designers to align with brand objectives. Additionally, it involves assisting in social media strategy implementation, digital advertising, website management, email marketing, and analytics. The role also entails cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistency in messaging and creative ideation for multimedia content. Furthermore, it involves organizing trade shows, company events, and conducting photo/video shoots across different branches to produce polished content suitable for social media platforms.

• II. Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Produce engaging multimedia content including videos, graphics, animations, and interactive media for various marketing channels such as Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Collaborate with Graphic Designers to develop visually appealing and innovative content that aligns with the brand's marketing objectives and target audience preferences.

• Social Media Management: Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership on Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Create visually appealing and shareable content tailored to each platform's audience and features.

• Digital Advertising: Collaborate with the marketing team to create multimedia assets for digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads. Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all digital channels.

• Website Management: Support the maintenance and updating of the company website with multimedia content, including product images, videos, and interactive features. Optimize multimedia elements for performance and user experience.

• Email Marketing: Design visually appealing email templates and graphics for email marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team to create multimedia-rich newsletters and promotional materials to engage subscribers and drive conversions.

• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of multimedia marketing campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube using tools like Facebook Insights, TikTok Analytics, and YouTube Analytics. Provide insights and recommendations for optimization based on data analysis.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, sales, and product development to align multimedia content with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging. Assist in organizing trade shows and company events, managing logistics and material preparation to ensure successful execution.

• Creative Ideation: Contribute creative ideas and concepts for multimedia content that resonate with target audiences and align with brand values and marketing goals. Travel to different branches to conduct photo and video shoots, transforming raw footage into polished videos suitable for platforms like Facebook Reels, Tiktok Content and Youtube Content.

• III. Experience Requirement

Graduate of Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields.

Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Tagalog.

Knowledgeable in social media platforms.

Proven experience in marketing or a related field, with a strong portfolio in visual content creation and social media management.

Knowledgeable with digital design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and video editing software.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Willingness to travel to different branch sites as needed.
