As a Marketing Assistant or Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts across various channels. Working closely with the marketing team, you will assist in developing and executing the following:
- Assist Retail Marketing Manager with Promotions
Implementation of proposed programs: from preparation, tracking deliveries, implementation at the branch level
- Evaluation of programs: prepare tracking document for branches, collect completed forms, summarize results and make recommendations
Collect ideas and pegs for new gift packs and repacked items- Coordinate with merchandising for roll out of new repacks and promotions
Track and coordinate update of store graphics for the branches- Product Bin Labels: Production, Sorting and Distribution
In-Store Promo Signages
Coordinate with malls, hotels, events organizers for pop-up selling and activation opportunities
- Coordinate with different departments for the ingress and egress of event
- Assist Brand Marketing with Products
New Product Training materials
Update Sales Kits- Update forecast file of products
Brochure Update
- Product Information Sheet
Packaging sourcing- Update Ordering File inventories and formulas
Document, file and process claims to principals for factory defect or damages upon shipping- Document, file and process claims to logistics partners for online shop
Document, file and process claims to Lazada
Good oral and written skills in English and Tagalog
Basic knowledge of marketing- Can work with different kinds of people
Capable of working under pressure
- Has good time management skills
Must love candy and chocolate- Willing to start immediately
