Marketing and VR Training Assistant
Overview:
The Marketing and VR Training Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting
the marketing and training initiatives of Ediphi. This position involves a
combination of marketing activities, assistance in developing and
implementing VR-based training programs, managing the purchasing and
ordering of marketing collaterals, creating marketing materials, training
students or assisting during VR training sessions, and VR subscription
onboarding. The ideal candidate is creative, tech-savvy, and has a passion for
marketing and virtual reality technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing
campaigns.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts
using analytics tools.
- Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and
promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate innovative
ideas to enhance brand visibility.
- Create posters or any other marketing materials as needed.
- VR Training Assistance:
- Assist in setting up and maintaining VR training equipment.
Train students or assist during VR training sessions.- Collect and analyze feedback from trainees to improve VR
training programs.- Assist in setting up and maintaining VR training equipment.
Provide technical support during VR training sessions.
- Purchasing and Ordering of Collaterals:
- Manage the procurement of marketing and training materials.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of collaterals.- Maintain inventory of marketing materials and reorder as
necessary.- Ensure all materials meet the company's branding guidelines
and quality standards.
- VR Subscription Onboarding:
- Manage the onboarding process for new VR training
subscriptions.- Provide technical support and training to new users.
Ensure users understand how to access and utilize VR training
materials.
- Track and report on the subscription usage and performance.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain organized records of marketing and training activities.
Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external
stakeholders.- Coordinate with vendors and partners as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the marketing and
training teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education,
Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in digital marketing or social media management.
Experience in conducting training- Familiarity with virtual reality technology and applications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and video editing tools is a
plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Work Environment:- Work From Home with occasional travel for events and training
sessions.- Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
