Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing and Sales Manager to lead our marketing and sales efforts. As a Marketing and Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth through effective marketing strategies and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. You will also engage in collaborative efforts with a Business Development Manager to facilitate the closure of deals with clients. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and leadership abilities to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Lead the development of marketing collateral, including promotional materials, advertisements, and digital content.
- Manage all aspects of digital marketing initiatives, including website management, leads generation, social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry partners.
- Develop and implement client onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new clients.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline onboarding procedures and provide exceptional service to clients.
- Analyze sales data and market insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Monitor and report on marketing and sales performance metrics, including ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Oversee the sales team and provide guidance, support, and training to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve marketing and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in marketing and sales management.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and tools, including digital marketing strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans and initiatives.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Experience managing and leading a sales team is preferred.
