Location: Davao City

Are you motivated, goal-driven, and excited to make a significant impact in a fast-paced start-up environment Swiftly Developed is looking for a Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join us as our first marketing and sales hire! This role is ideal for someone eager to lead and grow alongside a dynamic company.

Swiftly Developed operates under four key brands:

  • Swiftly Marketing: Empowering SMEs by coordinating their marketing activities.
  • Swiftly Developed: Providing development outsourcing, specializing in native iOS/macOS solutions.
  • Swiftly Workspace: A time-tracking and invoicing product aspiring to become a comprehensive ERP/CRM solution.
  • Swiftly Business Consulting: General outsourcing, including virtual assistants, application managers, and administrative profiles.
Your Role

As a team of one (for now), you'll have the autonomy to shape and execute marketing and sales strategies for our businesses. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement marketing and sales strategies tailored to each brand.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Build, nurture, and manage sales pipelines to drive client acquisition.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute campaigns that resonate with our diverse audience.
  • Content Creation: Oversee content production (or coordinate outsourcing as needed).
  • SEO and Analytics: Optimize our online presence and measure success through data-driven insights.
What We're Looking For
