- Coordinate with mall leasing and administration teams to address various concerns and requirements.
Assist in the execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
- Conduct ocular inspections and site visits as required.
Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.- Organize and manage events, ensuring smooth execution and high engagement.
Present marketing plans and progress reports effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Market new store concepts of the company to malls and potential retail partners.
Support the expansion of our store locations by presenting our new concepts to malls and assisting in securing leases.- Must be willing to travel to conduct ocular inspections.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to coordinate with contractors and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Eager to learn and willing to be trained; no prior experience required.
- Interest in organizing and managing events.
Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively.- Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
