Job Title: Marketing and Graphic Design Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Ads Management
Develop, implement, and manage social media ad campaigns, particularly on Meta (Facebook) and other relevant platforms.
Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Graphic Design
Create visually appealing graphics for social media, marketing materials, and other digital platforms using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Maintain brand consistency across all designs and marketing materials.
- Account Management
- Manage Meta accounts and ensure all ads are in line with the company's marketing strategy.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in social media ad management tools, specifically Meta Ads Manager.
Strong graphic design skills with experience in using Adobe Creative Suite or similar design programs.- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their advertising mechanisms.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve campaign performance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
