Purpose of the Role
As a Marketing and Engagement Specialist you will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives that will help in the achievement of DNA University goals.
You will be coordinating closely with the DNA University squad to implement attraction and sourcing initiatives for recruitment, driving the brand of DNA University Life Changers to the public, both digitally, and through other partnerships.
This also includes possible traditional marketing, and activation or engagement events that will be help in customer generation, recruitment, and productivity of DNA University Life Changers.
You will monitor and measure success of these initiatives and share these with the DNA University squad, Agency Management Team, Market Management, and other stakeholders to come up with new strategies to implement.
Responsibilities of the Role
- Build and continuously improve the brand of the DNA Life Changer
- Increase the number of attraction and sourcing platforms of DNA Life Changer recruitment.
- Improve DNA Life Changer activation and productivity through client engagement.
- Scans the industry for trends and ensures best practice transfer and global know-how building by connecting with other operating entities.
- Liaise with key stakeholders frequently for strategic initiatives of the Agency Channel
- Create and execute campaigns, events and other engagement events that will drive recruitment and activation of DNA University Life Changers
- Crafts necessary content both online and offline to drive campaigns, events, and other engagement events.
- Assists in tools creation and other enablers (i.e., videos, communications, activation playbooks)
- Measures and analyzes online and offline analytics and provide feedback to key stakeholders.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending professional development workshop, establishing networks, and benchmarking practices.
Requirements for the Role
- Bachelor's degree in business or arts, preferably in Communications or Marketing
- At least 2 years work experience in content creation, marketing, customer management and engagement with preference to Life Insurance, Finance or Banking industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, events, and initiatives, both digitally and live.
- Advanced knowledge on MS PowerPoint Application and other digital creation applications
- Exposure to dealing with both internal and external stakeholders (i.e., customers, sales intermediaries, external partners)
