Why LawAdvisor
LawAdvisor was founded in 2015 in Melbourne, Australia with a fearless and ambitious belief: that everybody should have access to justice.
We hypothesised that the high costs, inefficiencies, and difficulties of obtaining legal help could be overcome simply by providing greater access to legal information, and by providing everybody with real-time access to high-quality, affordable lawyers online.
Our mission has since been supported by thousands of lawyers and has allowed us to expand and set up offices across the globe. We've also attracted high-profile investors and partners who have shared our mission to transform legal service delivery.
We're still not satisfied. The potential exists to completely revolutionise the practice of law. The start of this decade has delivered LawAdvisor with a new mandate: to overhaul and transform how lawyers work, and how people interact with and consume legal services, with state-of-the-art legal practice management technology to (i) increase efficiencies; (ii) automate routine processes; (iii) increase transparency; (iv) bring the legal practice to the 21st century.
You Will
Be our brand champion: a thorough understanding of our products enables you to communicate the key messages, set against the parameters of ensuring the messages are client-focused, while respecting and further developing our brand identity.
Understand business goals and can conceptualise creative ways to implement marketing initiatives across multiple channels and platforms.
Create compelling assets: landing pages, brand guidelines, logos, email designs, promotional materials, company merch, social media content, pitch decks, and case study design.
Contribute to the brand direction of LawAdvisor's products.
Analyse and maximise: help the marketing team keep a meticulous eye on the numbers, ensuring that every initiative, interaction, and approach can be measured and is optimised for future activities.
Help improve existing landing pages, and marketing materials.
Facilitate research sessions to test experiments and effectivity of your work.
Be ubiquitous: working both autonomously and collaboratively, you help spearhead all aspects of marketing ranging from creating, maintaining and elevating landing pages to compelling slide decks to educational content for internal and external use.

You Should Have
Educational experience: Current enrollment or a fresh graduate of an undergraduate course in Fine Arts, Advertising, Marketing, or Other related Design Fields.
Highest standards in delivering, and communicating a well-defined brand.
Experience in A/B testing and obsessed with constantly iterating your designs to ensure they attract your desired audience.
Experience creating authentic and appealing experiences for clients ranging from advertising campaigns to product graphics and components of brand storytelling.
Strong visual communication skills and the ability to translate ideas and concepts into clear and compelling visual assets and illustrations.
A strong left and right brain: you have an enterprising mindset but also prioritise effectiveness and are glued to analytics and learnings to ensure each initiative is better than your last.
A love for learning: you understand that nothing is new and you can draw creative inspiration from compelling campaigns that have succeeded in times past.
Proficiency in Figma or any of the Adobe Creative Suites - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or After Effects.
Bonus Points
A portfolio that works to showcase previous designs.
Experience in prototyping designs.
Experience in Webflow.
Experience in conducting design research activities to test and refine your work.
Previous experience in a startup environment.
Experience working with a remote team.
Experience working in the legal services industry.
Understanding of basic Web Design Principles: grid systems, responsive design, web typography, and user interface design.
