We seek an organised, charismatic, positive, and dynamic Sales Assistant to help us manage our lead across our B2B, B2C, and B2G channels, take meeting notes & help our Sales Leaders follow up efficiently.

About the Role:

As the Marketing and Campaigns Specialist at the Academy of Entrepreneurs, you will lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, targeting global markets. Your role will focus on driving quality leads, ensuring cohesive branding, and executing multi-product campaigns tailored to our International Diplomas, Study Tours, Online Courses, Government Projects, and Foundation Products.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, analyse performance data, and optimise campaigns to enhance effectiveness. Your understanding of international markets, cultural nuances, and regulations will be key to adapting our campaigns for diverse regions. Additionally, you will oversee content creation and lead a team of marketing professionals, ensuring innovation, collaboration, and excellence in all marketing efforts.

With a focus on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and MailChimp, you will drive our brands message and create meaningful, impact-driven campaigns that resonate with our students, community, and industry partners globally.

Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaign strategies that align with Academy of Entrepreneurs global objectives in multiple countries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are integrated and executed effectively, and drive quality leads.
  2. Multi-Product Campaign Execution: Manage end-to-end campaign execution for a diverse product range, spanning International Diplomas, Study Tours, Online Courses, Government Projects, and Foundation Products. Ensure each product line receives tailored attention while maintaining a consistent brand message.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling and on-brand content to support campaigns, considering the nuances of different products and target audiences. Coordinate with writers, designers, and content creators to develop high-quality materials.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization: Utilize data analytics to measure campaign performance, identify key insights, and adjust strategies accordingly. Employ A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • International Market Expertise: Stay updated on global market trends, cultural differences, and local regulations to tailor campaigns for specific regions and demographics. Ensure that marketing efforts resonate with international audiences.
  • Reporting: Create detailed reports on campaign performance and present findings to the leadership team. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and refine marketing strategies.
  • Platform Skills required: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tiktok, MailChimp and any CRM

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in a campaign management role.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaign execution, preferably in an educational or with an international brand.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication, organisational, and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative and strategic thinking to develop compelling campaigns.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • A passion for education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of our students.
