Responsibilities
Social Media Team Management: Manage external social media teams, including suppliers.
Content Planning and Scheduling: Plan, coordinate, and schedule social media content using a software to align with campaign goals and audience engagement strategies.
Campaign Performance Tracking: Monitor the success of marketing initiatives by analyzing key metrics, gathering insights, and preparing detailed reports on campaign performance.
Lead Generation and Client Conversion: Identify potential leads proactively and convert them into clients who value the companys services.
Recruitment and Candidate Engagement: Support recruitment efforts by contacting applicants and coordinating their interviews with the Managing Director.
Email Campaign Management: Design and execute targeted email campaigns to attract new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones, using email marketing software.
Sales Inbox Management: Oversee the companys sales inboxes, ensuring timely and professional responses to all client inquiries.
Qualifications
- Graduating student or a recent graduate from a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and digital marketing tools.
