Responsibilities:
Social Media Content Creation: Take the lead in developing creative and engaging content for our social media platforms. Your role will involve crafting compelling captions, visuals, and posts that resonate with our target audience. You will ensure that all content aligns with our brand's voice and strategic goals, helping to boost our online presence.
Campaign Performance Tracking: Play a critical role in monitoring the success of our marketing initiatives. You'll analyze key metrics, gather insights, and prepare detailed reports on the performance of marketing campaigns.
Lead Generation & Client Conversion: Proactively identify potential leads and convert them into clients who value our services.
Recruitment & Candidate Engagement: Assist in the recruitment process by contacting applicants and scheduling their interviews with our Managing Director.
Email Campaign Management: Execute targeted email campaigns to attract new clients and nurture existing relationships through the use of an email software.
Sales Inbox Management: Monitor and manage the company's sales inboxes, ensuring timely and professional responses to client inquiries.
Requirements:
Graduating student or a recent graduate from a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and digital marketing tools.
