You'll join a small but highly effective team and have a significant impact on our fast-growing business. You'll work alongside our global social media lead, marketing support consultants, and performance marketing manager.
The Role:
In this multifaceted role, you'll wear several hats. You'll be a key player across three areas:
- Performance Marketing: Analyse data, generate reports (think social media ad performance), and support our Performance Marketing lead.
- Sales Support: Dive into CRM data, identify leads, and contribute to optimising our SME Self Serve lead funnel and nurturing process.
- Marketing Support: Utilise your data skills to support broader marketing initiatives (content creation ability is a plus, but not essential).
Who You Are:
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data analysis.
- Proficient in spreadsheets and report creation (Google Sheets or Excel).
- Interest in automation and process optimisation (junior level).
- CRM data management expertise to ensure organised and up-to-date records.
- Experience with Apollo.io or other lead prospecting tools.
- Passion for marketing and a knack for creative problem-solving.
- Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, Snapchat Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience setting up automations with Zapier, Make.com, or another tool.
- Basic understanding of programming / coding concepts.
