Responsible for the recruitment of agents, monitoring their performance, and providing motivation and training to enhance their productivity. He / She will also act as a point person of Servicing Partner, ensuring a smooth partnership and maintaining a good relationship with them.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and onboard qualified agents to the organization.
- Screen, interview, and assess potential agents to determine their suitability for the role.
Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to agents to improve their performance and productivity.- Conduct regular General Assembly meetings of Agents to review progress and provide updates on company goals.
Identify potential candidates for New Servicing Partner positions and assess their suitability for the role.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of agents and identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with Servicing Partners to ensure their needs are met and to resolve any issues that arise.- Monitor agent activity and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
