As our Marketing Account Manager, your role is to promote our clients (medical doctors) to Workers Compensation referral sources (such as insurance adjusters, nurse case managers, employers, and attorneys).
Responsibilities
- Appointment scheduling
- Promoting our clients (medical doctors) to Workers Compensation referral sources via email, text messaging, and/or calling
- Scheduling and facilitating Webinars for our clients
- Creating monthly reports to document your work
- Having the initiative to find other solutions to the end goal of keeping the clients happy
Requirements
- Fluent English with a near native accent
- At least 5 years marketing experience, in particular appointment scheduling
- Knowledge of the US healthcare industry is a plus
- Self-organization & initiative are essential
