: PHP 25,000 plus 2k in allowances

Process Ninjas is looking for a Project Coordinator to act in a supportive role to Project Managers for a market research company, assisting with administrative tasks and quality control checks, ensuring high quality execution of qualitative market research studies. They are motivated and dedicated to the success of each project and, above all else, a team player. This position would allow you the opportunity to partner with colleagues within and outside of the US.
  • Hybrid Work Setup: This position is open for 2 days office, 3 days work from home for qualified candidates who can meet hardware and home workspace requirements.
  • Operating Hours: Daytime in the US, overnight in the Philippines.
  • Expectations:
Build relationships with internal teams and deliver reliable support while assisting on qualitative market research projects through their life cycle.
  • Pull and format Excel spreadsheets in a timely and accurate manner, updating daily to provide clients with a clear picture of our recruitment progress.
Assist project manager with administrative tasks such as homework and consent form distribution and collection, client platform logistics, etc.
  • Consult with project managers to understand their needs and offer creative solutions to complex project challenges.
Continuously monitor project progress to spot potential problems, communicate programming, spreadsheet or quota management concerns and manage to successful resolution.
  • Join project kick off calls and liaise with internal team members (recruiting) to ensure all are fully up to speed on project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities.
Engage with your leaders and your peers to address any challenges and facilitate teamwork to resolve any issues.
  • Proactively contribute to departmental process improvements, while maintaining platform proficiency by attending trainings for the client's tools.
Bring a can-do attitude, positive outlook and team spirit to work with you each day.

  • Qualifications
Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills
  • _Fluency and neutral accent_ required for this position.
Good computer skills
  • Experience in ticket support customer services projects preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Capable of working with teammates or independently
Attention to detail and desire to learn
  • Work From Home Qualifications -
Agents who wish to work from home in our hybrid working arrangement must meet our project requirements and be validated by management as fit to work from home. Agents must have: Private working space with no external noise that can be heard during calls - traffic, neighborhood noise, roosters or other animals.
