Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Programming and testing surveys
  • Monitoring live surveys for quotas, fraud detection, data quality, and completes
  • Cleaning data and preparing the data output for data analysis
  • Preparing charts in excel
  • Managing research activities including creating project timelines, maintaining budgets, and being aware of and meeting deadlines/milestones
  • Communicating with vendors to provide sample specifications, manage project timelines, and ensure quality data collection
  • Collecting excel survey or RFI responses and aggregating results
  • Identifying problems and recommend solutions or escalate as problems arise
  • Seeking opportunities for greater efficiency and have an interest in finding new ways of working across multiple projects and environments
  • Familiarity with data analysis and survey design in platforms such as SPSS, Q, Decipher, and Excel
  • Collaborating with experts to write survey questionnaires (desired)

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of research experience (required)
  • Experience and skills in quantitative survey research (required)
  • Familiarity with SPSS, Q, SAS, or other statistical software (required)
  • Strong charting skills in Excel (required) and PowerPoint (required)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (required)
  • Familiarity with programming surveys in Decipher, Survey Monkey, or equivalent (required)
  • Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection, headset for internet (Zoom, Teams) calls (required)
  • Experience with research in a business context (preferred)
  • Experience with questionnaire writing, design, and development (desired)
  • Experience with managing survey panel vendors (desired)
  • Experience with project scoping and proposal development (desired)
  • Interest in the financial services industry (desired)
  • Tech savvy (required)
