Market Research and Analytics centered/focused (Preferrably experience with BPO but will endorse candidates whose experience is non-BPO so we can let the hiring team review)
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
Minimum Experience of 2 years in dealing with local/offshore clients required
Experience in sales and client management within a call center preferred
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

Responsible for sourcing new business opportunities for the company as well as penetrating competitors stronghold accounts. Manages the sales process from the initial point of contact(lead generation) to presentations, proposal preparation.
Oversees/coordinates production of projects from turnover to the call center management team until preparation of final report.
Responsible to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies and plans for different industries in the market.
Recommends/proposes to client's possible solutions/strategies on improving customer relationship from pre to post sales i.e. acquisition, customer care, retention/recovery and loyalty marketing programs.
Ensure customer retention, recovery and profitability.
